Qualifications And Credentials- Mary Beth Tomaselli, M.D. is Surgeon/Director of the Comprehensive Breast Center of Coral Springs.  She graduated from Vassar College and Harvard Medical School.  She completed her residency also at Harvard, at Brigham and Women's Hospital and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Former Chief of Surgery at Coral Springs Medical Center, she is a member of The American Society of Breast Surgeons, The American Society of Breast Disease and The National Consortium of Breast Centers, Inc., and The American Medical Association.

 
All mammograms are read by board certified Radiologists with special training in Mammography.  Our mammography technologists are all certified by the AART and have special experience in mammography.  Mammography services at the Comprehensive Breast Center of Coral Springs are FDA certified under the American College of Radiology guidelines.

The Comprehensive Breast Center is equipped with the most advanced technology available for breast diagnostics: Our Fischer Mammotest Biopsy table with Digital Spot Mammography is the most advanced available for minimally invasive (non-surgical) breast biopsy.  In addition, our Athena HF-X and Bennett MF-150G mammography machines provide the latest generation film-screen low radiation mammography. Our Kodak film processor is designed for and dedicated to mammography film processing. Dedicated high resolution breast ultrasound is performed at the Breast Center on the Acoustic Imaging Performa. .
